Add an accept_until helper that only sends "y" when a new [Y/n] prompt
appears in the tmux pane, replacing the fixed-count blind send loops that
could race ahead of prompts or send stray input. Resilient to changes in
the number of apply-phase prompts.

Add 20 BATS tests and 1 interactive test for v0.5.0 edge-case
fixes. FIDO2 keygen now prompts to retry on "device not found"
instead of exiting. Remove stale Qubes vhci_hcd warning. Update
hardware test matrix in README.
